BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:

 

PAYMENTS:

Your remaining balance must be paid in Cash, Zelle or CashApp.

SCHEDULING:

All appointments plus add ons can be booked directly through the booking link or simply DM or text 8134605253.

CANCELLATIONS:

Use your confirmation email to cancel your appointment. You have up until 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited.

RESCHEDULING:

Use your confirmation email to reschedule your appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOW:

No calls/Shows are not tolerated . You will be charged 100% of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS

DEPOSITS:

Your non refundable deposit will go towards your service. Deposits cannot be transferred to another month.

 

IF YOU ARE BOOKING A LASH EXTENSION SERVICE

Please free your lashes of any buildup of Mascara, Strip lash glue, Eye crust ....etc.
(If requirement is not met you will be automatically charged a lash bath fee of $10).

When Scheduling a Fill 40% of your previous lash extensions must still be applied,
(if requirement is not met you will be automatically charged for a full set).

Please come makeup free.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING A BRAZILIAN WAX SERVICE

Cleaning wipes be provided but please practice clean Kitty awareness.
